On Wednesday, 26th February, the Ngarrindjeri community came together for a fantastic AGM & Open Day. This event was a wonderful opportunity for community members to connect, celebrate, and engage with the work of the Ngarrindjeri Regional Authority (NRA).
Event Highlights:
✅ Open Day: Guests explored our new office space, shared a feed of amazing Pipi's provided by Kuti Shack, and enjoyed having a yarn and looking through photos and books.
✅ Community Fun: We were also pleased to welcome Kayla and Jasmine from ac.care, who shared insights about the Home Interaction Program for Parents and Youngsters (HIPPY)—a fantastic initiative supporting early childhood learning and strengthening families through education.
✅ Annual General Meeting (AGM): Our AGM was held in the afternoon; we had 4 community board member positions open. Stay tuned for updates to come about our new board members.
